At the heart of this disclosure was the claim that in 1972, inside Chaco Canyon, New Mexico, an extraterrestrial-human time capsule featuring 23 rock-cut chambers had been discovered. The capsule reportedly contained artifacts left behind by a future civilization calling themselves the WingMakers. According to the account, the NSA (National Security Agency) intercepted the discovery and handed it over to an ultra-secret, off-the-books elite branch operating without public oversight: the ACIO (Advanced Contact Intelligence Organization).

The ACIO’s primary mission was to reverse-engineer WingMakers technology to develop BST (Blank Slate Technology), described as the ultimate form of interactive time travel capable of rewriting historical events at their point of origin.

This investigative report analyzes both the internal architecture of the WingMakers myth and the independent research that tracked down its real-world origins.

PART I: ESSAYS AND REFLECTIONS

Thought-Forms

Technologies can be created in the future or for the future. As an example, this advanced extraterrestrial civilization informed the ACIO that in the year 2011, an alien race would plan to invade our planet, subjugate us, and claim us as their property. Ironically, that civilization was not yet conscious of its own future intentions. BST technology was provided to the ACIO by the Corteum to erase or modify those future intentions. Presumably, as long as we use this technology defensively—without hostility or self-aggrandizement—we can leverage its advanced capabilities.

It is fine for a government institution to feel it belongs "to the people" and must work on their behalf. I am certain that the ACIO, to the best of its ability, intends to serve and protect us in the times ahead. Yet one can quickly see its vulnerability, which was clearly exposed by what happened to Dr. Anderson. Control appears to be their primary modus operandi. Naturally, they would argue this is necessary for security, but in the process, they are willing to eliminate a human being or selectively wipe and control their mental faculties.

All of this is rooted in fear and, by its very nature, stands compromised. Fear is deeply vulnerable to compromise, making the ACIO a prime target for destruction or infiltration by the Sinister Secret Government—who would love nothing more than to have a weapon like BST at their disposal. While it chills me to consider an ostensibly altruistic institution seeking to secure our safe passage into the future, I can only feel that as a primary outcome—short of the unforeseen—they too will ultimately fall victim to a pernicious, immoral, and utterly aberrant system: global governance.

The source for safe passage into the future and higher dimensions lies within the people. They are, after all, the majority, and they hold the greatest capacity to generate and radiate a beneficial, lasting spiritual energy. How will this be accomplished?

While there must be an element of love and compassion inherent in the assistance we receive from the WingMakers, the Corteum, and the ACIO, I once again question to what extent this holds true—especially regarding the ACIO. As evidenced, they seem to operate from conditional love rather than unconditional love, which is essential. If that were not the case, why would Dr. Anderson fear for his well-being or his life?

Thus, we see again that our supposed benefactors are at risk, selfishly hoarding what they believe is best for the planet, for you, and for me. What they are doing is certainly admirable on the surface, but it is doomed to fail if we, the people, are not included in some way. Dr. Anderson had this very thought in mind when he defected and placed his findings in the hands of a trusted journalist. Together, they safeguarded the material with the explicit purpose of making it available to the public should the ACIO ever be compromised. What a magnificent, altruistic gift he gave to the world!

I titled this section "Thought-Forms." Why? Because thought-forms are real; they represent the sum total of a person, living or deceased. The measure of our evolution at any given moment is the quality or sum total of our thoughts. An ancient axiom states: "As a man thinketh, so is he." Jesus took it further: "Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."

If we sow thought-forms of love, we reap love in return. If we sow thought-forms of hatred and fear, we reap hatred and fear. Ironically—and unbeknownst to most—every thought we hold in this life is recorded until the day we die. Upon death, our soul passes into the astral planes, which are divided into two realms: the lower astral and the upper astral. All harmful thoughts are stored in the lower astral, and all noble thoughts are stored in the upper astral.

When the time comes, an assessment or judgment takes place. By force of its numerical value, this review determines whether we return to planet Earth to repeat our journey or pass through the astral plane to enter the next higher dimension: the Fourth Dimension.

Notice that this assessment and judgment do not come from the Creator, Christ, or any other divine source, as we might mistakenly assume. They come from us. Our Higher Self and lower self are our ultimate evaluators. No one else. If the preponderance of our thoughts is positive and benign, we automatically graduate to the higher dimensions (the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions). Yes, we graduate from this virtual prison, which is actually an advanced learning academy for Gods in the making. If the preponderance of our thoughts is negative, we return once more to the Third Dimension (Earth) to repeat the curriculum.

You are the judge and the jury. Through right or wrong thinking, our personal future and destiny are forged, along with the destiny of the planet. In short, our past, present, and future are the ultimate result of our thoughts.

Judging by what has been said, it is clear that the ultimate power over the future—for good or ill—resides in you and me, not in government, religion, or science. They are the minority; we are the majority. They are the tail, and we are the dog, yet we allow the tail to wag and deceive us.

It is time to declare: "Enough!" We are the majority. We must wake up to what is happening right now. We are sheep being led to the slaughter. We have surrendered our individuality and our divinity. We have allowed the tail to play the magician—hypnotizing us, controlling us, and convincing us that they know best while covertly expanding their magical grip. Dear readers, we stand at a crossroads. The dilemma before us is starkly defined. The time has come to decide: Will we continue to let them convince us that their manufactured reality is real, when it is nothing more than illusion and trickery? Or will we stand up and say, "Enough"?

Here we reach a critical juncture. Under no circumstances should we translate this subtle spiritual awareness into physical violence. Doing so would forfeit the immense inherent advantage we hold—one we rarely recognize. To maintain our focus, we are talking about thought-power, not physical force. We are talking about the power of noble thinking versus the destructive, worthless thinking that drives opposing forces. Why have they succeeded so far? Because we permitted it. Can we turn the tide? Emphatically, yes! As an aside: the Divine Creator and His servants are holding their breath to see which path we choose.

Will we, as a global population, rise up and put an end to this sophistry and recklessness? Will we recognize the divine spark within us and reassume responsibility for ourselves, our fellow human beings, and our future? Will we continue to let the few control the many, dragging us down a spiral toward increasingly traumatic lifestyles? Will we continue acting like sheeple, surrendering our sacred power to be abused until it leads to our spiritual demise?

Let us break this down. You might ask: How do they control us? Here are two examples:

• What We Revere Daily: Is it God? No. It is money and power. Worship of God is generally secondary.
• Abdication of Responsibility: Do we take responsibility for ourselves and our families' futures? Seldom, beyond the boundaries of the established system. We settle for the comfort of believing "Big Brother" knows best. We tolerate poverty, starvation, curable diseases, and financial ruin because we are conditioned to believe "that's just life," when in reality it is manipulation and design driven by the darkest aspects of existence. If money and power were distributed equitably, there would be more than enough for everyone.

One final point: in ancient Rome, during times of peace, activities consisted of welfare handouts, gladiatorial combat, and sports. These were all mechanisms to occupy and control the minds and souls of the populace. Have we truly changed since then? Hardly! Social welfare remains an instrument of control. Modern gladiators (boxers, MMA fighters) and spectator sports (football, basketball, tennis) dominate the landscape.

Have you ever stopped to consider the impact of these distractions on our spiritual evolution and civilization as a whole? Hundreds of thousands of fans tune into these matches with no thought beyond the game itself. Imagine if that vast reservoir of focused intent were channeled altruistically—what it could do for the expansion of planetary consciousness. Once again, we see a herd mentality: the blind leading the blind. We have consented to systematic control. It is time to rethink our trajectory. The map of the future is in our hands. What do we intend to do about it?

Transforming Our Religions and Spiritual Path

During the Christmas holidays, I was back home in the United States for the first time in many years. Given the uncertainty surrounding potential Y2K challenges, I decided to be present for the turn of the millennium. It was a quiet period, giving me time to reflect and observe what leading theologians were broadcasting on television.

I was particularly struck by one speaker broadcasting from Israel, near Golgotha. He made a profound statement. To paraphrase: he said that in the New Millennium, we must join hands across denominations, for we all share a single objective: returning to the home from which we originally came. Why not undertake the journey together?

He suggested that organized religions close ranks, dismantle their divisions, and agree to journey home as one. No single religion is superior to another. In the end, they remain mortal and fallible human constructs. The only enduring reality is the essence of the Holy Spirit.

In my view, what is most desirable at this juncture is the breakdown of religious rigidity, allowing one group to blend into another until we form a unified whole. Regrettably, obstacles like ego, financial profit, internal politics, and personal ambition continue to stifle reform. Government, science, and religion will all collapse if they fail to align with the incoming Christ Consciousness.

In the past, we outsourced our spiritual requests to an intermediary group known as the Spiritual Hierarchy (composed of figures such as the Buddha, Zoroaster, St. Germain, Kuthumi, Gabriel, Michael, and Sananda/Jesus). However, the New Millennium demands that we reclaim our sovereignty: step into our divinity, adopt a devotional mindset, and go directly to the Source (the Creator God), thereby freeing these great beings to serve the Creator's broader work.

Assisting us in this transition are the children being born today. China, for instance, introduced a group of exceptional children capable of reading hidden texts and newspapers while blindfolded or holding the paper under their armpits. They are born with altered genetic and DNA structures—carrying 20 to 30 active DNA strands instead of 2—ready to lead the transformations of tomorrow.

PART II: INTERVIEWS WITH DR. ANDERSON (CONDUCTED BY ANNE)

Anne: With all this money and power, how do people inside the Labyrinth Group actually live?

Dr. Anderson: Surprisingly modestly. Fifteen lives in a simple three-bedroom house and drives an old car. These people aren't motivated by wealth or greed; they are completely devoted to the BST project and pushing the boundaries of human knowledge.
