Independent editor and researcher since 2008.
The Revista & Escolas de Mistérios Blog has operated since 2008 as an independent platform dedicated to research, historical analysis, comparative philosophy, mythology, archaeology, religion, frontier science, geopolitics, culture, and multidisciplinary documentary investigation.
Over the course of more than 15,000 published articles across nearly two decades of continuous activity, the platform has consistently sought to operate within Brazilian and international law, as well as in compliance with the policies of the digital platforms it uses, including Google/Blogger, Google AdSense, and Meta/Facebook.
All published content is intended for:
- informational purposes;
- analytical discussion;
- philosophical reflection;
- essayistic interpretation;
- investigative inquiry;
- speculative exploration;
- educational and cultural study.
The publications represent authorial interpretations, hypotheses, reflections, and analyses based on publicly available bibliography, historical documents, academic research, and both ancient and contemporary sources. They do not constitute absolute assertions, formal accusations, or substitutes for official journalistic, scientific, or judicial investigations.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Under Brazilian law, any potential dispute involving digital content must respect due process of law, the right to defense, and adversarial legal proceedings, as guaranteed by the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
This means that:
- any disputes or claims must follow appropriate legal procedures;
- the content publisher must be formally notified;
- the publisher must be granted the right to defense and clarification;
- any restrictive measures require proper legal justification.
The blog has never received any judicial conviction related to its published content, nor any final court ruling establishing illegality in its editorial activities since its creation in 2008.
FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS
The platform bases its activities on principles guaranteed by:
- the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil — Article 5;
- the Brazilian Constitution — Article 220 (freedom of information and intellectual activity);
- the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet — Law 12.965/2014);
- Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
- international principles of intellectual freedom and freedom of expression.
Even amid current debates regarding the regulation of digital platforms and social media in Brazil, respect for the following remains mandatory:
- due process of law;
- full right of defense;
- adversarial proceedings;
- fundamental constitutional guarantees.
No democratic regulation eliminates constitutional rights or authorizes procedures outside the legal standards established under Brazilian law.
